Free Delivery Terms

To qualify for free delivery on either our transport or 3 day carrier service, orders must:

• Have a nett trade value in excess of £852.00 (excluding VAT).
• Be shipped to an address in mainland Britain only (excluding Scottish Highlands).
• Orders including water treatment products will incur a coverage charge.

Free delivery is not available on products marked

Chemical Delivery Terms

• Next day services cannot be guaranteed for water treatment products marked which can take up to 7 days.

Please Note

• We cannot guarantee dispatch of any orders received after 3:00 pm.
• Large and palletised items cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery unless orders are received by 12:00 noon.

Collection of Empty Plastic Containers

We are only able to collect and dispose of the following empty, cleaned and purged plastic containers that were originally supplied by PPG UK or Golden Coast.

Calcium Hypochloryte 25 kg
Hydrochloric Acid 25 ltr
Sulphuric Acid 25ltr
Sodium Hypochlorite 10/20/25ltr
PAC 20ltr

Minimum collection of 12 containers, max 26 per pallet.
Charge per container - £1.50
Charge per pallet or part pallet - £60.00

Please note that it is possible empties might not be collected by the same vehicle making a delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We can only offer this service if the plastic containers to be collected are empty, cleaned and purged three times with freshwater. When the containers are collected you will be requested to sign paperwork stating that the containers are empty, cleaned and purged.

Procedure

Please notify customer services with the following information at the time of ordering.

1. Name the product containers to be collected.
2. Number of each type of container to be collected (min 12).
3. Total number of containers to be collected.
