Where do we send our order?

Who will I receive an invoice from?
You will receive an invoice from Golden Coast
Where will our order be dispatched from?
We currently hold stock at 3 locations so your order may arrive on 3 separate deliveries but there will be only one carriage charge if applicable.
Where do I make my payment?
Payments for all orders placed as of the 27th January should be made to Golden Coast
For any orders delivered from PPG UK prior to this date, payment should be made as per the details on your invoice.
All outstanding order placed with PPG UK will, as of the 27th January, be transferred to Golden Coast and paid as per invoice
How can we check and confirm that the bank details are correct and that we are not part of a cyber fraud?

What amendments do our accounts departments need to make regarding making payments.

Will prices be affected?
There will be no changes until our 2023 pricing comes into effect at the beginning of February.
Do we need to apply for an account with Golden Coast
No, all your account details remain unchanged and will be automatically moved across to Golden Coast.
Will your product offering change?
Yes. We now are now pleased to be offering the UK’s most comprehensive range of products to the Wet Leisure Industry and these will be presented in our new 2023 Price List.

Will I receive future purchase orders from PPG UK
No, all future purchase orders will come from Golden Coast.
Where will our payment come from?
PPG UK will make payments for any orders you have invoiced them for.
All future invoices will be paid by Golden Coast.
